This woolen, leather sleeved jacket is my absolute love and now that the weather's began to get colder, I have the perfect excuse to pull it out. I paired it with a basic, white, oversized top from Topshop, my monochrome knitted cardigan and leather leggings. For my footwear I chose to keep it casual and went for my brand new velvet Dr Martens which I just can't seem to get enough of. I debuted my Ottoman Hands earrings as I thought they complimented the look perfectly by adding that little touch of femininity which I think is important to have every once in a while.

A Little Bit Of Home

I am absolutely in LOVE with my brand new Chitenge print, midi-bodycon skirt from Topshop! It reminds me so much of home. I thought a great way to style it would be to make it the center piece of my outfit by keeping everything else simple. So I opted for a very basic, yet statement cropped t-shirt from Topshop to accentuate the white in the skirt's print and for shoes, I went for my beautiful Zara sandals and finished the look off with a versatile, gold necklace from H&M and a minimalist Aldo clutch bag to add that extra touch of femininity.

Today was amazing! The spontaneous days are always the best! Spent my day having a walk along the Thames, stopped for some lunch and then did some shopping on Oxford Street. The weather was EXTREME! But this outfit was perfect. I was desperate to wear my brand new monochrome top which I snatched up in Monki, I absolutely love the fit of it and it's so light-weight and airy. I paired it with my trusty Vero Moda jeans and of course went for the statement shoe with these new, super elegant, studded Zara sandals.

The Playsuit

When I saw this varsity style playsuit in Monki I knew I just had to get my hands on it! I knew it'd be a challenge to style but I was looking forward to that. I think it's such a unique piece and I absolutely love the perforated detail of it- really adds an edge. I chose to keep the accessories simple and felt the best way to compliment the playsuit would be to add subtle details like the leather jacket and the collar necklace, teamed with a pop of colour in the trainers. I'm really starting to enjoy toying with the idea of "the statement shoe".

Denim Flow

Temperatures hit 27°C today (a rarity for us Londoners) so I jumped at the chance and pulled out my favourite dress that I just don't get to wear often enough. I popped over to my best friend's house so thought that Converses would be a great way to tone the outfit down. I chose to go for my bright red ones to add a pop of colour and let my frilly socks peep out from the top of them to add a bit of quirkiness. The weather in London's always unpredictable so I threw on my Warehouse denim jacket to top everything off and was good to go!

Clean & Casual

I took a trip to Sloane Square to enjoy the fact that it wasn't raining for the first time in a while in our London summer. I chose to keep my outfit clean and casual (as pointed out in the title). I pulled out this relic of a shirt, which I managed to snatch up for just £7 in Beyond Retro a couple of summers ago, I then paired it with my leather-look leggings and hi-top Vans which I'm absolutely loving at the moment. I felt a backpack would top the whole outfit off perfectly so I nicked my brother's brand new Kanken to finish it all off. It's so cute! I'm going to have to get myself one!
